Should you need to report an accident or incident that has occurred on site, this must be recorded in the Accident/Incident Log Book which is kept in the Green Shed / Club House. Once you have done so, please contact a member of the committee to ensure that the Committee. as a whole, is made aware. Should the accident / incident be of a serious nature and subsequently require hospital treatment, we would be required to inform Birmingham City Council of the accident and carry out an investigation. The allotment is served by one access road with no dedicated pedestrian pathway, so we would ask all drivers to observe the 5 mph speed limit. Allotment rules state that after driving into the site, if you require access to your plot via the main road, you must turn your car around, so that it is facing the direction of the main gate and park on the LHS. For those requiring access to plots via one of the side roads, please show consideration to your fellow allotmenteers when parking. |
